I was greeted kindly when I walked in and assisted quickly with a smile. I won’t ever return to cvs where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by filling your prescriptions!! I am fed up with their rude attitude and mistakes. Dealing with ultra pharmacy is a welcomed change! I always prefer to Support a smaller local business anyway.

Needed a prescription filled that a big brand store didn't stock and said they couldn't order. That same big brand store also said they couldn't find it at any other stores in their chain.
So I called Ultra Care Pharmacy and they had it in stock. When i went to pick it up the staff was very helpful - working with my insurance plan to get it approved and the manufacturer to honor a discount card to cover as much of the remaining cost as possible.
i got the textbook definition of great customer service and will be using them again.

They were extremely helpful and gave me the best options when pricing my prescriptions. I changed my mind afterwards and they were still able to accommodate me without hassle. I was extremely stressed being as this is a new medication and they were very friendly and helpful! I appreciate it so much.
