These guys are nothing short of amazing. Total cost of my prescription was $2500 which my insurance wouldn't pay for but they found a coupon and it ended up costing me NOTHING out of pocket. Never thought about using a local pharmacy. I tried them because of a recommendation. Oh my!!! Prompt and convenient....hassle free. They can mail your order for free to your address. AK rocks! If I could give 10 stars I would. I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have not experienced this at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist there is the best. When I call for a refill he tells me it will be at my door in 2 days and that is exactly when I get it. I would chose ultra care on falls road hands down over any pharmacy. Amazing folks! I have had chronic migraines going on 15 years now so I have had lots of pharmacy experiences. Besides learning that the American medical system is broken, I have had a lot of time going back and forth between doctors and different pharmacies. When I needed a new emergency migraine medication this pharmacy went above and beyond to help me. My insurance wouldn't cover this medication (even tho I need to to function when I get migraines) they found a way to cover the cost. They also dropped it off at my house about two hours after our call. They also ship and its express shipping at no cost. Honestly 20/10! Totally recommend!

Very friendly, clean, small pharmacy with personal attention and service. They seem to specialize in hard to find prescriptions and work to get the best price for you. Prescriptions are filled quickly and you are notified when they are ready. I have been offered delivery in the past. Quick tip:Google navigate doesn't quite get you to front of store. They are on Falls Rd at corner of w. Coldspring. Highly recommend.

I’m a new customer, was referred there by one of my physicians. I’ve never had an experience with a pharmacy that was this helpful or with such excellent service. They helped with preauthorization and the two day shipping of refills is incredibly convenient. I am actually a physician and you just don’t see pharmacy service like this anymore. Highly recommended.

As someone who needs larger quantities of speciality prescriptions, this place is great. Very kind, personable, and quick to get my prescriptions filled and ready for pick up. Also very thoughtful and gave me a holiday gift! Whenever I call, they know it's me and they're very quickly ready for me. Strongly recommend if you have medications to pick up in bulk or specialty medications, or if you're looking for a new pharmacy!

Ultra Care Pharmacy on Falls Road in Baltimore has been AMAZING. Prescriptions were filled immediately, phone call from pharmacist to give me details of my prescription and even mailed my prescription so I didn’t have to travel to get it! Wonderful! Definitely a preferred pharmacy! Thank you! I am a repeat customer.

Ultra Care is a specialty pharmacy which may be able to help with more rare, personalized, or expensive medications (but can also handle regular medications). For me, this meant that Ultra Care participates in a program that let me get a 90-day supply of my medication for free, while the big stores wanted to charge $900 for a 30-day supply.
